Terms of Service

1. Parties
The service Chatwell is provided by Done & Dusted AS, Norway (org. nr. to be filled). Governing law is Norwegian; disputes belong to Norwegian courts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
2. The service
Chatwell drafts message suggestions that you review and send personally. Chatwell does not send messages, does not connect to dating platforms, and guarantees no dating outcomes.
3. Eligibility
18 years or older. Confirmed at registration.
4. Account
Passwordless sign-in via email or Google. You are responsible for access to your email account.
5. Acceptable use
No use targeting minors, no harassment, coercion or deception of others, no unlawful use, no attempts to circumvent moderation. Violations end the account.
6. Plans and payment
Free: 3 generations per day. Pro: 129 kr/month or 790 kr/year via Stripe, prices including VAT shown at checkout. Renewal is automatic; cancellation is self-serve in Account and takes effect at period end. Fair use on Pro: 200 generations per day.
7. Money back and withdrawal
7 day unconditional money back guarantee on the first purchase, satisfying and exceeding the statutory withdrawal right for digital services.
8. Grace period
A failed renewal keeps Pro active 7 days, then the account becomes Free. No lockout.
9. Content
You own your inputs and the suggestions you use. Chatwell claims no rights over conversations.
10. Privacy
Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Screenshots are never stored.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service provides suggestions, not advice; liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
12. Changes
Material changes are announced in-app and require renewed acceptance.
